Cancellations

Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allow the business the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of $25 PER SERVICE. No-shows are subject to $25 PER SERVICE FEE, as well as appointments arriving 15 minutes late or later.

Late Arrivals

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.

Gratuities

For your convenience, Natalie's Hair Atelier accepts gratuities from cash or they can be placed on your credit/debit card.

​

Children

Well-behaved children are welcome here (if they are NOT sick). Please remind your children to avoid running, spinning or climbing on chairs, or opening any closed drawers in the space. Most drawers contain sharp objects and chemicals that could be potentially dangerous.

Redo situations

Natalie's Hair Atelier stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for one week from the date of service.

​

Returns/Refunds

Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.

Natalie's Hair Atelier proudly stands behind all products sold at the salon. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Natalie's Hair Atelier, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.). No returns and no exchanges.

Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

If you purchased products or tools on the affiliate link, all returns and exchanges must be made through Eufora.

Color Formulas

All hair color formulas are the intellectual property of Natalie's Hair Atelier.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Natalie's Hair Atelier is not responsible for third-party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Natalie's Hair Atelier and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion. Natalie's Hair Atelier does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.nataliehairatelier.com only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

No unlawful or prohibited use/Intellectual Property

Natalie Hair Atelier content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular, you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of Natalie's Hair Atelier. Termination/access restriction

Natalie's Hair Atelier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Iowa in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Natalie's Hair Atelier as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. Natalie's Hair Atelier's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Natalie's Hair Atelier's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by Natalie's Hair Atelier concerning such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable according to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Natalie's Hair Atelier concerning the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the user and Natalie's Hair Atelier concerning the Site.

Natalie's Hair Atelier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which Products, Services & and www.nataliehairatelier.com are offered.
