What's your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least a 24 hour notice Monday-Saturday to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows me enough time to move someone off my waitlist and onto my schedule. If less than 24-hour notice is given, a $25 PER SERVICE fee is charged and must be paid before future appontments can be scheduled.

What's a "No Show"?

A "No Show" is when I guest doesn't show up to their scheduled time.  A no show will be charged $25 PER SERVICE they are scheduled for and will need to be paid in full before another appointment can be schedued.

A "No Show" is considered anything 15 minutes or later from their scheduled time. After 15 minutes, I will need to cancel the scheduled appointment to prevent running late on other guests scheduled for my day. They will also be charged a No Show fee.

Are my kids welcome to join me for my appointment?

I love kids! BUT--my first priority is my guests. And I want to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy their escape to the salon. At times, I get kids may need to accompany their guardian, but do NOT bring them in if they are sick! Kids need to remain with their guardians at all times, and under no circumstance should they be handling equipment, tools, products, or chemicals. If a child is under 14 and receiving services, a parent should not leave the salon premises for everyone's safety.

I purchased a product at the salon from you, but I don't like it, can I return it?

All products purchased in my studio are guaranteed, however, on rare occasions, a client may need to return it. If a return is necessary, the client must notify the stylist and return the products within 14 days of the original purchase for a full refund. If after 14 days, but before 30 days, the client may exchange it for a different product of equal value. If the client purchased the product on my affiliate link, the product return must be taken up with Eufora directly.
