New Guest Packages
Package Two:
Solid Base Color + Haircut
This package is designed for new guests desiring one solid color from roots to ends. This package includes an extended consultation, one solid color application from roots to ends, a relaxing wash including a detox wash for a clean starting point, and a blow dry and style.

Package Three:
Traditional Highlighting & Cut
This package is designed for new guests desiring dimension with high/lowlights within foil work. Prices vary on the surface area being covered with foils, which will be discussed during an extended consultation. The package includes a consultation, highlights and/or lowlights discussed, a relaxing wash with a detox wash, a haircut, and blow dry and style.

Customized Transformation
This package is for guests desiring a big change with specialized work (i.e. babylights, teasylights, balayage, color blocks, etc). If you are wanting corrective color or vivid services, or platinum work, please reach out to set up a consultation. This package includes an extended consultation, customized color work, toners, needed, a relaxing wash that includes a detox wash for a clean starting point, and a blow dry and style.

The Pre-Visit
I begin working on your appointment long before you walk through the salon door! The pre-visit experience is put into my court as soon as you put your appointment on my books and fill out the digital consultation for new guests.

I take notes of anything I need to make your appointment time the most comfortable. From pronouns to fragrance sensitivities; I consider it all. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can achieve healthy hair YOU love!

After you submit your appointment info, you will receive a personalized email from me telling you the parking info, directions, what to have on hand when you come in, and an authentic welcome to my home away from home. Outside of my actual home, this is seriously my favorite place to be!
The Consultation
In my opinion, this is where the magic begins! Consultations are important in our time together. And expect to always have when even if you have been sporting the same bob hairstyle for 10 years. I want you to always have the floor to express any changes you want to see or have the space to discuss new hair goals.
At your first appointment, I allot additional time for this because I want to be clear about what your goals are, and I want you to be very comfortable with my plan on how to get you there.

You are always welcome to bring photos to help you express what you like or dislike. Or anything else that helps you communicate your hair desires. I don't expect you to be 100% fluent in hairstylist lingo--that's what I am here for!

We will get clear on your lifestyle, products you use, time and maintenance you commit to, and budget for upkeep. I will walk you through every step before I even touch any tools.
After Goodbye
My goal is for you to be able to comfortably rock out your hair on your own. Expect me to check in after a few days to see how everything is working. I want to make sure I covered any new questions you may have had since you left the salon. So please let me know how it's all going and how I can help move forward.

I do the majority of booking on my website, but if you have trouble or questions, you can email me to request. I set aside time Monday-Friday to address all email inquiries and will respond within 24 hours Monday-Saturday.
